Guide / EPG does not load or causes app to go back to Home Screen Print

If you are having a issue where the Guide / EPG does not load or causes app to go back to Home Screen...

This could be caused by the following:
1. The device does not have enough available ram / space to process the Guide / EPG Data
2. Your internet connection is timing out while trying to download the Guide / EPG Data.

Steps you can take to try and resolve the issue.

- Clear cache and Data on your app.
- Force close any apps that may be running in the background.
- Clear data and uninstall any apps on your device that are no longer being used.
- Reboot your Device
- Reboot your Modem / Router
