App Error: Network Error / Invalid URL Print

If you are receiving a error of Network Error or Invalid URL while trying to connect to your service.

This error is due to a Network Connection Issue between your Device, Your ISP, and our Servers.
If your router has built in Security Features try turning them off.
Some ISPs have implemented blocking of ports that are used by our service.
If your ISP is blocking you we can not resolve that issue, You will need to try using a VPN.
If you are using a VPN please try to connect with the VPN Turned off.
Try rebooting your Router and Device. Sometimes your Router and Device will hold Corrupted Cache Data. By rebooting them you will be clearing this data.
Your device could have corrupted the app. Try to uninstall and re-install the app you are using.

If your getting a error of Invalid Server URL please also make sure you are typing your username and password correctly.

If you are using a 3rd Party APP that requires you to enter a Server URL, Please check your Service Information page to make sure you are using the most current and correct URL

If issues continue after following these steps please submit a support ticket.
make sure you include the Following Information when submitting your support ticket.

1. Include the Name of the Streaming Device you are using.
2. Include the Full Name of App you are using.
3. Give Complete Details of any issues you are having.
4. Include the name of your ISP.
