Connection Issues with AT&T as your ISP Print

If  AT&T is your Internet Service Provider and you are having issues connecting:

Errors: Account is invalid or has expired. or Network / Server URL Error with AT&T as ISP.
AT&T has a Internet Security app built into their routers.
You will need to disable this in order to connect to some of our servers.
The built in Internet Security blocks some ports used for your service.

Using a Webpage:
Go to Smart Home Manager Webpage. - https://www.att.com/smarthomemanager
Login to you AT&T Account
Choose Settings, then App Preferences.
Turn AT&T Internet Security OFF.

or

1 - Login to your AT&T Fiber account at https://cprodx.att.com/cmp/cmpportal/
2 - Select "DNS Error Assist" at the bottom left -> https://i.ibb.co/fXDDx7r/att1.png
3 - After the next screen loads, turn "Allow use" to OFF -> https://i.ibb.co/30LqRhQ/att2.png

Using Mobile App:
Download Smart Home Manager App from AT&T
Login to you AT&T Account
Go to App Preferences
Turn off Activate Security

Changes can take up to 24-hours, but AT&T will now stop filtering your traffic and blocking the App/Content/TV Guide

If issues continue after following these steps please submit a support ticket.
make sure you include the Following Information when submitting your support ticket.

1. Include the Name of the Streaming Device you are using.
2. Include the Full Name of App you are using.
3. Give Complete Details of any issues you are having.
